Our Policies

We value and respect your time, and we do our best to run on schedule. We strive to give every patient the time and attention they deserve, which is why our capacity is carefully managed. To maintain this standard—and out of respect for all our patients and our clinicians—we have a strict cancellation policy.

Booking & Deposits

£60 deposit per every 30 minutes is required to confirm your appointment.

Cancelling or Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us more than 48 hours’ notice (excluding weekends) by email: 📧 reception@angelsmile.co.uk

Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at £60 per every 30 minutes, to cover our basic clinic and staff costs.

Refunds If you cancel on time, your deposit will be refunded by cheque, minus a 5% admin fee (minimum £5).

Please note: If you book an appointment that is less than 48 hours away, the payment is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.

At Angel Smile Dental, we take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly. We see complaints as a chance to learn and improve.

How to Make a Complaint

• Contact: Our Complaints Manager, Iryna Kharlan, handles all complaints. Email: reception@angelsmile.co.uk.

• In Person or By Phone: We will listen to your complaint and refer you to the Complaints Manager. 

• In Writing or By Email: Written complaints are sent straight to the Complaints Manager.

Our Process

• We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within five working days.

• We aim to investigate and respond within 10 working days, keeping you updated.

• You will receive a written summary once the investigation is complete.
