Completed her D.D.S. degree at the world-renowned Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm in 1993 and 3 years of full-time orthodontic specialization training with a Master of Science (MSc) degree at the same university before she was appointed as a lecturer.
Dr Banaie has been practising as an orthodontist in the UK since 2002. Devoted to her profession; she continuously attends ongoing conferences and seminars and has sub-speciality training in providing highly complex and technical Lingual Orthodontics (braces designed to be placed hidden behind the teeth)
Her scientific work has been published in the prestigious European Journal Of Orthodontics.
