Sophia graduated from The University of Manchester with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biomedical Materials Science in 2009. After her graduation, she went on to study Dental Hygiene and Therapy at the Eastman Dental Hospital. Whilst studying there, she worked alongside world leaders in periodontology and experienced treating a wide range of patients. Sophia regularly attends postgraduate courses to keep abreast of updates and cutting-edge treatments.

She takes great pains to care for and work with patients with dental phobia and anxiety. In her spare time, she attends live music gigs, the theatre and enjoys yoga.
