Invisalign Comprehensive is designed to straighten both the upper and lower arches and target more severe orthodontic issues, which include:

Moderate to severe crowding issues
Moderate to severe spacing and gapped teeth
Deep bites, overbites, underbites, crossbites and open bites
Protruding upper teeth (moderate overjet)
Rotated teeth (including more significant rotations)
Narrow dental arches and misalignment

Invisalign Comprehensive is recommended when:

Full bite correction is required
Treatment is expected to take longer
Multiple refinements may be needed
Complex movement and staging are anticipated

If your case is particularly complex, you’re more than welcome to meet with our specialist orthodontist, who works with a wide range of teeth straightening solutions like ceramic and lingual braces, which are still discreet but might be more effective at realigning your bite and smile.

Wondering how much Invisalign costs? At our Islington practice, our most comprehensive system (called Invisalign Full), which straightens both arches, starts at £4,250. How much does Invisalign cost?

At our clinic, patients can pay for Invisalign Comprehensive in monthly instalments. Typically, we ask you to make an initial deposit of £1,620 and then pay monthly in stages of approximately £500. Alternatively, dental finance is available but requires a minimum 20% deposit. The number and value of payments depend on the treatment plan.

Then I was seen by Dr Amir and his assistant Monica .
I needed a tooth extraction and a hole filled in my gums which needed stitchers .
As someone who had a fear of the dentist I was amazed how it all went . I felt at ease and was informed of the procedure
And was given time to ask any questions .
I was so happy and was amazed when I went back to have the stitches taken out .
It took second and no pain .
