At Angel Smile Dental & Orthodontics, we value every patient’s time and the effort it takes to deliver high-quality care. As a small, two-surgery practice, late cancellations and missed appointments significantly impact our ability to offer timely care to others and to operate sustainably.
A £60 deposit per 30 minutes is required to secure your appointment. This prepayment will be applied toward your treatment if the appointment is attended as scheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide more than 48 hours’ notice (excluding weekends) by email:
📧 reception@angelsmile.co.uk
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit (£60 per 30 minutes), which covers the cost of reserved surgery time and staff preparation.
Please note: Appointments booked with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered final. These are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
We emphasise that we take no pleasure in applying these charges—they are not disciplinary, but necessary to protect valuable clinic time, ensure fairness for all patients, and support the sustainability of our small, independent practice.
If three appointments are missed or cancelled late within a six-month period, we may no longer be able to continue offering you care.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
At Angel Smile Dental, we take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly. We see complaints as a chance to learn and improve.
